Airport Concierge
3 days before departure, customers will be contacted by our airport staff to agree on the meeting point at the airport. The assistant will welcome customers at the airport entrance and will remain with them for the entire duration necessary to complete the boarding procedures and for any other need, for a maximum duration of 3.5 hours.
